We were delighted to finally get do complete our marathon last Friday 6th May in aid of the National Deaf Children Society. This group works with children and families who have hearing loss and have been a great source of help to Fireman Mike and his son Thomas. We were really proud to support Mike's fundraising efforts by completing a marathon of our very own and I think we were even quicker than him! We want to thank Fivemiletown College for the use of their track which allowed us to complete the run in a safe and fun way and to all the parents and staff who gave so generously. We raised eighty pounds for the NDCS and had great fun in the sun- what a way to spend a Friday!
